Quality assurance at UMI is an integral part of our daily activities; and is our top priority. Our quality program is comprehensive and is coordinated across all manufacturing disciplines. Every employee of UMI is held accountable for monitoring and improving quality.
UMI maintains the raw material inspection, mechanical property testing, chemical element and microstructure analysis. We also maintain traceability of our products through the different manufacturing operations right back to the original raw material billet from the steel mill. |
